By expressing an interest in participating in the Ask Me scheme you are consenting to Welsh Women’s Aid storing and using the information on this form.

The information on this form will only be used to assess suitability for Ask Me, identify any additional needs or support applicants may require and ensure that we have contact details for ongoing communications related to Ask Me.

The information provided will be stored electronically on a centralised database which will be stored in line with our Confidentiality, Data Protection and Sharing Information policy.

The information will be held for the duration of the time you remain part of the Ask Me scheme and for 6 months after you leave the scheme. We will review our records quarterly and ask anyone who has not completed an action tracker for 6 months to confirm they still wish to be part of Ask Me. At any point you can request that your details be removed from our database by contacting the Ask Me co-ordinator at [email protected]
