By expressing an interest in becoming an “ask me” Community Ambassador you are consenting to Welsh Women’s Aid storing and using the information on this form.
The information on this form will only be used to assess suitability for becoming an ambassador, identify any additional needs or support applicants may require and ensure that we have contact details for ongoing communications related to the “ask me” ambassador scheme.
The information provided will be stored electronically on a centralised database which will be stored in line with our Confidentiality, Data Protection and Sharing Information policy.
The information will be held for 6 years after you leave the “ask me” scheme. We will review our records quarterly. Anyone who has not made contact in the last 6 months will be contacted to ask whether they want to remain in the scheme. Non responders will be logged as having exited the scheme and their data will be destroyed within 6 years of this date, with the exception of any data relating to equal opportunities for project monitoring purposes. At any point you can request that your details be removed from our database by contacting the “ask me” co-ordinator at [email protected].
