In a pandemic where the rates of violence against women, domestic abuse and sexual violence rose so drastically, staff within these services are a huge reason why so many survivors across Wales are safe. (4/4)
Staff within specialist services are also facing the effects of the pandemic on their own lives and families, but still, every day have done an incredible job.
We are extremely proud and privileged to know and to work with the staff in our member specialist services. (3/4)
The Covid-19 pandemic, including lockdowns, social distancing and isolation, meant that many services had to drastically adapt the ways that they were able to support survivors and their families-to say they went above and beyond to do so, would truly be an understatement. (2/4)
