HMICFRS Survey for Survivors of Rape on Interactions with Criminal Justice System

HMICFRS (Her Majesty’s Inspectorate of Constabulary and Fire & Rescue Services) would like to hear from survivors of rape who reported the abuse to the police and are willing to share their experiences of the process.

The survey is open to survivors of all sexualities, gender, ethnicity and age- providing the survivor was 18 or over when the abuse happened.

HMICFRS would like to know, in particular, what communication with the police was like, how well survivors needs are met and what could be improved.

Please find the survey below.

This survey asks questions that may be upsetting and/ or triggering for survivors. If you find that you need support as a result of this survey, please know that you are not alone and Live Fear Free is available 24/7.
