Today, #internationalwomensday2021, Welsh Women’s Aid has published data that shows four out of five women in Wales have experienced sexual harassment at work.
Our society can no longer ignore the fact that, for the majority of women in Wales, the workplace is not always a safe space.
In response to this, Welsh Women’s Aid is launching the #NoGreyArea campaign which calls out toxic workplace environments where sexual harassment can flourish.
