From 25 November to 10 December, the 16 Days of Activism for the Elimination of Violence Against Women is a time to galvanize action to end violence against women and girls around the world.

This year, we are hearing from two women in Wales about how violence against women has affected their lives.

Rachel is a survivor of domestic abuse and Nadia is the sister of a woman who was killed. Hear their stories:
